They use the same methods to find crew in the same places, producing the same outcomes and invariably the same CVs.”Looking back on the first year of the Retainer Fee Model, Michael is pleased to report that the results have far exceeded expectations. "The structure is not a complicated one, and therefore, it has done exactly what I anticipated it would - save our clients significant amounts of time and money, and increase their onboard crew longevity."&nbsp;The numbers reflect this: client crew longevity onboard has increased by 27% on average per yacht, 100% of clients have renewed with <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/7555" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="mycrewagency.
